Audit of the management performance in the company Apa Nova Bucharest
It is the largest project in 2007-2008 and aims to analyze the management performance of the company Apa Nova Bucharest, and, also, the perception of citizens regarding the evolution of water supply services and sewerage services in Bucharest in the period 2000-2007. The study includes over 250 pages, 15 chapters, 72 chapters, 31 tables, 77 figures, 70 bibliographic sources and will be published at the end of this year, in the form of a book, publishing in Romania, France and Britain. It is the most complex work that tackles the issue of efficiency achieved in the PPP in Central and Eastern Europe.
Application of multi-year budgeting technique in City Hall Sector 1 of Bucharest
This project propose a multi-annual budgeting methodology applicable in terms of legislation governing the operation of the local public administration in Romania, based on the use of economic and mathematical instruments forecasting revenue drawn from the local budget. Using the proposed methodology was performed forecast for the revenue of the City Hall Sector 1 in Bucharest, in the period 2008-2011.
